  • He has received the highest marks for his presentations and has been honored as the chef of the Casa Italia restaurant by Accademia Italiana Della Cucina, which promotes worldwide traditional Italian cuisine and the concept of slow food (2011).
  • For many years he worked as a chef and sous chef in three- and four-star hotels in Warsaw and outside Warsaw. Moreover, he served as a chef in several Italian and international restaurants, and organised catering for the Italian and American embassies. He has also cooked for President Lech Wałęsa.
